About this site
Is this the official Iron Flask website?
No. Iron Flask by BrandedItems is run by BrandedItems, Inc., an authorized Iron Flask distributor in Tustin, California. We sell Iron Flask tumblers and bottles to businesses and organizations, laser engraved with their logo.
Can you help with my Iron Flask order, warranty or customer service?
No. We only handle branded orders placed with us. For retail orders, warranty claims and product support, please contact Iron Flask directly.
Do you sell replacement lids or straws?
No. We do not stock replacement lids, straws or parts. Iron Flask sells those for its retail customers.
Can I buy a single Iron Flask from you?
No. We only sell engraved Iron Flask drinkware in quantity. The lowest minimum on this site is 12 pieces (40 oz Travel Tumbler); most models start at 20 or 24.
Minimums and pricing
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the model: 12 pieces for the 40 oz Travel Tumbler, 20 for the Classic and Rover tumblers, and 24 for the Nomad tumbler and the water bottles. In addition, orders from new non-corporate customers have a $1,000 order minimum.
Does the price include my logo?
Yes. Every price on this site includes laser engraving of your logo in one location. Engraving is one tone, so a multi-color logo costs the same as a one-color logo.
Are there other charges?
There is no setup charge. The maker adds a one-time order charge of $28, and a second engraving location adds a small per-piece charge plus a one-time laser charge, listed on each product page. Shipping is quoted with your order.
Engraving, proofs and production
What does laser engraving look like on an Iron Flask?
The laser removes the powder coat and shows the stainless steel underneath, so your logo comes out in one metallic tone. It cannot peel, fade or wash off.
What artwork do you need?
A vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg or a vector .pdf) works best. If you only have a .png or .jpg, send it anyway and our art team will prepare it for engraving.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Every order gets a free digital proof showing your logo on the exact model and color. Production starts only after you approve it.
How long does production take?
About ten business days after proof approval. Shipping time from the factory in Amsterdam, New York is added on top.
Are Iron Flask tumblers dishwasher safe?
Iron Flask recommends hand washing in warm soapy water to keep the finish and the engraving in the best shape.
Ordering, payment and shipping
How do I place an order?
Request a quote from any product page or call 800-827-2630. Your account manager confirms stock (within one business day), pricing and the proof by email, then sends a payment link or invoice.
How can I pay?
By credit card, invoice, purchase order, check or wire. First orders are paid in advance; net terms are set per client after that.
Can you ship outside the United States?
International shipping, for example to Canada, can be arranged. Send the destination with your quote request and we will quote freight and delivery time.
Can we use our own shipping account?
Yes. Send your carrier and account number with the quote request. Otherwise shipping is quoted with your order.
We ordered before. Do you still have our logo?
Yes, we keep artwork from past orders. Tell your account manager or mention the earlier order in your quote request, and we will reuse it.
What are your business hours?
Our team works continental US hours, 6 am to 5 pm Pacific time. Quote requests sent after hours are answered the next business day.
